SHIPPING POLICY

Extreme weather conditions can affect your wine. Please keep in mind that Brewer-Clifton is not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions. Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled day. If you are experiencing extreme temperatures now but would still like to order Brewer-Clifton, you may proceed with your order and request that your shipment is held until cooler temperatures prevail.

We are able to ship to:

AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY. There are quantity restrictions in several states.

*Florida has 5 dry counties where we are not allowed to ship: Lafayette, Liberty, Madison, Suwannee and Washington.

PLEASE BE ADVISED ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER UPON RECEIPT, SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCORDINGLY. SHIPPING FEES INCURRED TO RESHIP ORDERS RETURNED TO BREWER-CLIFTON DUE TO FAILED SIGNATURE AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THANK YOU.

REFUNDS POLICY

Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis. All sales are final, product can be returned only if the wine is corked and the bottle is returned for our analysis. We can replace the bottle or refund the customer at our discretion.
