9. Wine Club

Club Prices Are Approximate And May Vary Depending On The Wines Selected In Each Shipment. Taxes & Shipping Charges Will Vary Depending On Your State.

Our Standard Shipping Is FedEx Ground, To Request Special Arrangements For Your Shipment, Please Contact Us. If The Temperature Along The Shipping Route Is Outside Our Recommended Temperatures, We Will Notify The Member Of A Weather Hold And Ship The Wine When The Temperatures Are Within An Acceptable Range So As Not To Affect The Quality Of The Wine. If A Customer Requests The Shipment Regardless Of The Weather, They Accept The Risks Of Shipping The Wine Outside Of Our Recommended Temperatures. For Best Delivery Experience We Recommend Customers Use A Business Address To Receive Club Shipments. We Do Not Direct Ship To All States And Certain States Do Not Allow For Direct Shipping, Please Check With Us Prior To Subscribing To Confirm Your State’s Shipping Eligibility.

Club Shipment Wines Are Selected By Brewer-Clifton And Orders Cannot Be Modified Or Exchanged For Other Wines. We Make Every Effort To Include As Many Of Our Wines To Our Customers; However, Our Most Limited Selections Will Be Offered First To The Master Tier, Then Advanced And Certified.

There Is No Cost To Join Except For The Cost Of The Wines, Shipping Charges And Taxes. By Signing Up You Are Acknowledging That You Are Over 21 Years Of Age And Authorize Brewer-Clifton To Charge Your Credit Card For Two Annual Shipments Until Cancellation Of Your Subscription. We Will Send An Email Notification To The Address On File 2 Weeks Prior To The Billing/Invoice Date. Credit Cards Will Be Charged Approximately 3 Weeks Prior To The Physical Shipment Of Wine. Example: Billing Notification Is Sent On February 14th To The Email Address On File. The Member’s Credit Card On File Would Be Charged On March 1st (Billing/Invoice Date).  The Wine Would Be Shipped On/Around March 21st.

We Request Customers Receive 2 Shipments Prior To Cancellation And With At Least One Week’s Notice Prior To The Billing/Invoice Date. Cancellation Requests Received Within 1 Week Of The Billing/Invoice Date Will Be Effective For The Next Shipment. Shipments Returned To Brewer-Clifton In The Event Of Either A Signature Issue Or Failure To Notify Brewer-Clifton Of An Address Change May Be Subject To Additional Shipping And Handling Charges.

Customers Subscribing To Our Master Level Will Receive A Magnum Of Pinot Noir Or Chardonnay (Selected By The Customer When Signing Up) With Their First Shipment. No Further Club Shipments Will Include A Magnum Unless Purchased Separately.
